Diversity initiatives have changed the face of corporate America.
Corporate America is now changing the face of diversity initiatives.
Going beyond race and gender, forward thinking companies are including age, country of origin, sexual preference, physical challenges, religious affiliation and more differentiators in their efforts to build diverse workforces.
